A five line Tanka. God, If this could be said to be a barometer of belief in the real presence of Christ your Son then I must look at it objectively.
For if the Lord is really and truly present as I believe He is then I must accept the fact that His “hands off” approach is meant to guarantee our very freedom. Otherwise, this hands off approach is too much for most people to comprehend and so they’d rather say that there’s nothing there at all but a symbol. And a symbol alone won’t draw a crowd red on its knees. Amen
